Mo's Clam Chowder

Ingredients

Preparation

  1. Sauté bacon until brown; drain off fat.
  2. Add onion and sauté until limp.
  3. Stir in flour.
  4. Add potatoes.
  5. Cook about 15 minutes until potatoes are soft.
  6. Add clams, milk and seasonings.
  7. Serve hot with dollop of butter.
  8. Sprinkle with paprika.

About 6 servings

This is really good as you know. I like to add dehydrated parsley and lemon pepper seasoning, too.
